We use data to provide school management services, authenticate users, support school operations, send platform notifications, improve product reliability, and protect the security of tenant data.

We do not sell school or student data. We may use trusted infrastructure and delivery providers for hosting, email, messaging, storage, and payment-related workflows where needed to operate the service.
School responsibility
Each school is responsible for ensuring that the data it uploads is accurate, lawfully collected, and shared with the appropriate parents, guardians, teachers, and staff.
Security and retention
We apply role-based access controls, tenant isolation, and standard platform security measures. Data is retained for as long as needed to operate contracted school accounts, meet legal obligations, and resolve support or audit issues.
