Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of SchoolManager Online by schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and other authorized users.
Service scope
SchoolManager Online provides software tools for managing school operations including records, communication, attendance, academic workflows, and fee administration.
Account responsibility
Schools are responsible for user access, staff onboarding, password hygiene, and the lawful use of the platform by their team members and invited parents or guardians.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with another school's data, or use the platform to send harmful or misleading communications.
Fees and billing
Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are governed by the selected commercial plan and agreed billing terms. Schools remain responsible for their own student fee collection policies and approval processes.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available and improving, but we may update features, workflows, integrations, and pricing as the service evolves.
